Autonomie Project, Inc. RETURN POLICY:

Autonomie Project, Inc. unconditionally guarantees any of its products as being manufactured without any workmanship defects. In the event a defect is found, we will replace or refund the product at no cost to you.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns and/or exchanges on any of our products within 45 days from the date of receipt. You are responsible for return shipping charges (except in the case of a defective item or a fulfillment error on our part). In the event of an exchange, we will ship the replacement product to you free of charge.

Items that have been laundered, dirtied, altered or worn cannot be accepted for a refund or exchange. If you attempt to return an altered item, we will send the item back to you as it is without refund or replacement.

Items purchased from an independent retail store must be returned to that store and not to Autonomie Project.

Send the item(s) you wish to return in a suitable box or envelope to:

Please include a copy of your original order invoice with your returned items. We encourage you to use a carrier that provides insurance and/or tracking services as Autonomie Project is not responsible for lost return shipments. 

If you request an exchange:

We will process your new order for the exchanged item(s) within 5 business days of receiving your return. We will ship you the replacement item with no additional shipping charge. When the replacement item has shipped, you will be emailed a confirmation with an updated tracking number and your customer account status will be updated. All replacement items will be shipped through USPS.

If you request a refund:

When the returned item is received, the value of your returned item, not including shipping charges, will be credited back within 2 weeks. The credit will be issued to the method of payment used for the original order. You will be notified by email and your customer account status will be updated when your refund has been issued.
